| Haunted Acres Manor is a tradition hosted within the community of Southeast Texas FOR Southeast Texans. This tradition was created by a local from the Port Arthur area with the support of friends, family, volunteers and gracious neighbors! Haunted Acres Manor is located within the community of Port Arthur and has NO admission fee & is free of charge. We believe in a very specfic set of "gore" or core values... and feel it's not necessary to charge for YOUR screams, so if you enjoy Haunted Acres Manor please feel free to make an in-kind donation to Haunted Acres Manor by donating to our cause. You can submit a donation by selecting your donation amount and then pressing the GIVE button or you may make a donation by making a donation when you visit Haunted Acres Manor on Halloween night (just look for our frightful butler)!!! Once again, Haunted Acres Manor is located in Port Acres, Port Arthur, TEXAS. Unlike many main-stream haunted houses that charge admission fee's, we've elected.. every since the creation of Haunted Acres Manor to allow anyone, no matter of their financial situation enjoy a free, local community based event that all could enjoy. Haunted Acres Manor is open ONLY one day out of the year - October 31st. | Haunted Acres Manor features scenes from popular movies and creations from our very own Master of Scares. The intensity of the scenes vary and elements vary through the years. The sounds of heartbeats, or a chainsaw are just a few examples of what you will find inside of Haunted Acres Manor. Bravery can vary from child, to teen, to grown folk. We recommend that guests inside of the haunted house be the rightful age of 6-100. If you have a child that is under 6 years old but you still want to take them trick or treating then PLEASE still stop on by. We will still be able to give all the little ghouls and goblins some treats and candy. If your little ghoul cannot handle the fright then when you visit Haunted Acres Manor please speak with the operator so they may direct you to the tricks & treats. Therefore, in consideration of HAUNTED ACRES MANOR, and its' owner and its' property owners, and any and all relatives of the above mentioned allowing you to enter the haunted house, you represent and promise that you voluntarily and expressly agree to release, discharge and hold them, the home-owners of the address where Haunted Acres Manor is located, volunteers, contractors AND OTHER PATRONS harmless from any and all legal liability, property damage or medical liability, AND PERSONALLY ASSUME ALL RISKS FROM ANY OF THEIR ACTIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENT ACTS OR STRICT LIABILITY ACTS. SOME OF THESE RISKS ARE APPARENT: PREGNANT WOMEN, PERSONS WITH HEART OR OTHER DEBILITATING CONDITIONS, AND PERSONS WITH EMOTIONAL OR PHYSICAL TRAUMA SHOULD NOT ENTER THE HAUNTED HOUSE.
